I’m a regulatory expert and coach. I specialise in helping businesses and leaders in financial services be more strategic with the regulation they have to meet, empowering commercial leaders to use regulation to create better, more customer-focused businesses, and technical teams be more strategic business partners.

For over twenty years, I have successfully helped businesses do exactly this, helping them navigate through change and complexity to create highly customer-centric organisations, where business and employees thrive.

As a senior leader in regulatory change and technical advisory, qualified executive coach, and masters graduate in cultural politics, I have a unique ability to understand how companies and leaders can navigate through a variety of difficulties - cultural, organisational, regulatory or people related - to emerge able to take advantage of the possibilities that change brings.

Executive Coaching

As an executive coach, I am trained through the world renowned Henley Business School in the UK. I am a Senior Practitioner of the EMCC and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Association for Coaching (AC).
